Security & Compliance

Last updated: September 1, 2026

At HyperLogics InfoTech, security is a foundational pillar embedded in every phase of our software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud architecture, and organizational operations. We employ multi-layered administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to guarantee data confidentiality, system integrity, and service availability across all client ecosystems and internal infrastructure.

1. Cloud Infrastructure & Network Security

  • Zero-Trust Architecture & Least Privilege: All internal cloud networks and server environments operate on a Zero-Trust architecture. Access permissions are granted strictly on a Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) basis.

  • Cryptographic Data Protection: All web traffic, internal services, and database connections are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocols. Static data, database storage layers, automated backups, and log repositories are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standard encryption.

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM): Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) utilizing hardware tokens or authenticator apps is strictly enforced across all internal accounts, code repositories, cloud consoles, and deployment pipelines.

  • Network Isolation & Micro-segmentation: Development, staging, and production environments are strictly segmented into isolated Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) with configured firewalls and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) to prevent unauthorized lateral movement.

2. Application Security & Secure SDLC

  • Static & Dynamic Security Testing: Codebases undergo continuous automated Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and automated Software Composition Analysis (SCA) to detect third-party library vulnerabilities before merging code into primary branches.

  • OWASP Vulnerability Defenses: Modern defensive engineering practices—including strict input validation, parameterized queries, object-relational mapping (ORM), and contextual output encoding—are standard practices to neutralize OWASP Top 10 risks (such as SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, and SSRF).

  • Secrets & Key Management: API keys, database credentials, cryptographic certs, and access tokens are strictly managed via specialized environment secret managers (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault) and are never hardcoded into source control repositories.

  • Container & Pipeline Security: Containerized applications are scanned for base-image vulnerabilities before deployment. CI/CD build scripts operate in ephemeral, isolated runner instances with restricted network access.

3. Compliance, Data Governance & Asset Isolation

  • Regulatory Alignment: Our data processing activities, administrative workflows, and engineering processes align with recognized global privacy frameworks, including GDPR, CCPA, and applicable regional data protection frameworks in India.

  • Client Project & Data Isolation: Every client project executed under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is segregated into isolated source repositories and dedicated staging environments to eliminate cross-tenant data exposure or credential overlap.

  • Data Minimization & Safe Disposal: Project credentials, test databases, and temporary staging assets are handled under strict data minimization rules and are securely wiped and decommissioned upon completion of contractual milestones.

4. Operational & Organizational Security

  • Workstation & Endpoint Security: All developer workstations used to access client code bases or cloud assets are subject to endpoint protection, mandatory disk encryption (BitLocker/FileVault), automatic OS security patching, and screen timeout locks.

  • Security Awareness Training: Engineering personnel undergo mandatory training covering secure coding techniques, social engineering/phishing prevention, safe credential handling, and operational threat awareness.

  • Vendor & Subprocessor Risk Reviews: Third-party cloud providers, APIs, and SaaS tools undergo security reviews to verify compliance certifications (e.g., SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001) before integration.

5. Incident Response & Business Continuity

  • Incident Response Framework: HyperLogics InfoTech maintains a formal Incident Response Protocol covering detection, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident analysis.

  • Prompt Client Notification: In the event of a verified security incident impacting client assets, data, or hosted infrastructure, affected clients will be notified promptly with transparent impact assessments, real-time status reports, and immediate remediation measures.

  • Backups & Disaster Recovery: Critical application databases and configurations are backed up on automated schedules, with backups tested periodically to guarantee fast Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO).

6. Vulnerability Disclosure & Responsible Reporting

  • Responsible Disclosure Policy: We welcome reports from security researchers, clients, and the technology community regarding potential vulnerabilities within our public web properties or managed platforms.

  • Reporting Channel: If you discover a potential vulnerability or security flaw, please report it responsibly by contacting our dedicated security team at hyperlogics2026@outlook.com.

  • Safe Harbor: We commit to acknowledging reports within 24 hours, investigating findings promptly, and taking necessary corrective actions without pursuing legal action against researchers acting in good faith under responsible disclosure guidelines.

7. Security Policy Updates

HyperLogics InfoTech reserves the right to review, modify, or update this Security Policy periodically to reflect evolving security threats, infrastructure changes, and legal requirements. Updated policies will be published directly on this page with an updated effective date.
